My leadership profiling is informed by, but not restricted to, the big five leadership theories: transformational, transactional, servant, ethical, and authentic. This unique profiling is an effective and reliable way for leaders to improve their self-awareness, coined the meta-skill of the 21st century.
The rigorous data collection process is designed to address the particular circumstances of each leader.
Following consultation with each leader, qualitative and quantitative data are collected from organisational members and analysed to inform a written report that highlights leader strengths and identifies areas for growth.
